What is supplied
Empty plastic QFN package. Die, lid, bonding wire and assembly services are separate.
Dimension check
The nominal body is 8.00 x 8.00 mm. The die-attach area is 6.04 x 6.04 mm; check die thickness, wire-loop height and assembly clearance.
Deeper cavity
This model has 1.25 mm nominal cavity depth. Do not substitute the standard-depth part without checking lid clearance and wire bonding access.
Quantity and delivery
Send the exact model, required quantity, destination and target date. The RFQ form accepts requests from one piece; the supply minimum, available quantity, price and delivery date are confirmed in the quotation.
