What is supplied
B-stage adhesive ceramic flat lid. The package body, die and sealing service are separate.
Dimension check
The nominal body is 9.90 x 9.90 mm. Match the lid, sealing ring and package surface using the current manufacturer drawings.
Sealing scope
A lid alone does not establish a hermetic package or an assembly process. Confirm the substrate, lid surface, adhesive or solder, tooling and actual batch condition together.
Quantity and delivery
Send the exact model, required quantity, destination and target date. The RFQ form accepts requests from one piece; the supply minimum, available quantity, price and delivery date are confirmed in the quotation.
Drawing and compatibility
The dimension diagram is an MST schematic from the manufacturer numeric table, not a photograph, PCB footprint or manufacturing drawing. Ask for the current model drawing before ordering.
