Ask MST stores the question text, normalized work email, source page and locale, stable reference and owner-notification state. We may also handle business contact and company details, account and authentication data, RFQ or order fields, delivery and payment-status records, security logs and essential server access records. This release does not load optional Google Analytics or Baidu Analytics scripts.
We use this information to operate accounts, answer inquiries, review suppliers and product fit, prepare quotations, create and fulfil accepted orders, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with law. Optional browser analytics will remain disabled until a reviewed consent and withdrawal control is available.
Ask MST questions and work emails are available to authorized MST operators and the email-delivery provider used for follow-up, and are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer legal or contractual duty applies. Other information is shared only with service providers, suppliers, logistics or payment partners, professional advisers and authorities when needed for the requested workflow or a legal obligation. Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, or ask a privacy question by email. Some transaction, security and legal records must be retained. We verify requests before acting.
