This notice explains how Moore Solution Technology Pte. Ltd. handles information sent to the Store. Ask MST takes your question text only and has no file upload.

Information we handle
Ask MST stores the question text, normalized work email, source page and language, a reference number and the notification status. We may also handle business contact and company details, account and sign-in data, RFQ and order fields, delivery and payment-status records, security logs and essential server access records. A preference cookie remembers your analytics choice, and the MPW page uses a short-lived, purpose-bound form-context cookie to verify public submissions independently of analytics. Essential, cookie-less page statistics are always recorded: bounded page paths, referring hostnames, campaign source and selected page actions, identified only by a daily-rotating hashed visit key that sets no cookie and cannot be joined across days. If you allow optional analytics, the same bounded fields are additionally shared with Google Analytics; RFQ text and email are never sent to analytics.
Why we use it
We use this information to run accounts, answer inquiries, check product fit, prepare quotations, create and fulfil accepted orders, prevent fraud, keep the Store secure and comply with law. Optional analytics scripts, such as Google Analytics and, when configured, Baidu Analytics, load only after you choose Allow analytics. Continuing without analytics does not restrict navigation, RFQ or support access.
Sharing and retention
Ask MST questions and work emails are available to authorized MST staff and the email provider used to reply, and are kept for up to 12 months unless a longer legal or contractual duty applies. Other information is shared only with service providers, suppliers, logistics or payment partners, professional advisers and authorities when needed for your request or a legal obligation. Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
Country and language preferences
We use your connection IP to suggest a country through a country database stored on our server. This feature does not send your IP to a geolocation provider or store a location history. IP location is approximate and may reflect a VPN or network gateway. You can choose another country. We save a manual country choice in this browser’s local storage and a manual language choice in a functional cookie for up to one year. Browser language supplies the initial language; your shipping address determines the final order destination.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics or withdraw a previous choice at any time through Analytics choices in the footer; future optional collection then stops and the analytics session is cleared. You may also request access, correction or deletion where applicable, or ask a privacy question by email. Some transaction, security and legal records must be kept. We verify requests before acting.
