The Store is operated by Moore Solution Technology Pte. Ltd., Singapore UEN 202315239E (“MST”). It is intended for business and professional procurement. You must provide accurate identity, company, end-use and delivery information when requested.
An eligible direct-buy SKU may create an order record at the server-validated USD unit price. Creating that record is the buyer’s offer to purchase; it is not automatic confirmation of payment, stock allocation, export release or shipment. RFQ-required goods and services are not orders until MST issues a formal quotation and the parties accept it through the stated process.
Displayed direct-buy prices apply only to the eligible SKU and quantity shown. Freight, insurance, duties, taxes, bank fees and any disclosed small-order handling charge are additional unless expressly included. Indicative anchors are not final prices. MST may reject, correct or cancel an unaccepted order affected by material pricing, availability, source-evidence, compliance or technical errors and will not capture or retain payment for a rejected order.
Bank transfer is available only when MST provides order-specific instructions and a unique reference. A third-party payment provider is available only when the live order flow displays that provider and creates its authoritative payment session. An order remains unpaid or pending until MST or the enabled provider confirms cleared funds. Never send funds to details received outside an MST-controlled order, invoice or verified company email.
The buyer pays freight unless the accepted order or quotation states otherwise. Lead time, carrier, Incoterms, packaging, title and risk transfer are order-specific. Export, import, sanctions, end-use and documentation review may delay or prevent acceptance or shipment. See the Shipping page for the current operating boundary.
Inspect goods promptly and report shortage, visible damage or nonconformance within the window stated in the accepted order or quotation. Returns require prior written authorization. SKU-specific manufacturer, warranty, non-cancellable/non-returnable and aftersales terms apply where disclosed. Nothing on the Store creates an unconditional consumer return right for B2B purchases.
Images, specifications, stock states, lead times, compatibility notes and source information may change and must be verified for the buyer’s application. MST does not authorize production release, safety approval, regulatory certification or design suitability through a public product page. Do not rely on a catalog listing as a substitute for engineering validation.
Use the Store lawfully. Do not submit credentials, PDK files, GDS, export-controlled technical data, customer-confidential CAD/BOM material or other protected information through public forms. MST may suspend access, refuse requests or preserve records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance or legal obligations.
Store content belongs to MST or its licensors. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Listing a product does not by itself state manufacturer authorization or exclusivity. Third-party services and links remain governed by their own terms.
To the extent permitted by law, MST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use or an unaccepted order. Any liability for accepted goods or services is governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order or written agreement. These terms are governed by Singapore law.
If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
