Dimension check
The nominal body is 6.90 x 6.90 mm. Match the lid, sealing ring and package surface using the current manufacturer drawings.
Sealing scope
A lid alone does not establish a hermetic package or an assembly process. Confirm the substrate, lid surface, adhesive or solder, tooling and actual batch condition together.
