Prepare a clean RFQ package before asking MST to review semiconductor prototype materials, consumables, sockets, adapters or support items.

Checklist

  • Use exact manufacturer part numbers where available; do not rely on generic board or adapter names.
  • Record package, pitch, temperature, compliance and lifecycle constraints.
  • Separate must-match items from acceptable substitutes and second sources.
  • Flag country, end-use and delivery constraints before quote preparation.
