How to select

For a quotation, state

dash number or ID × CS, groove drawing, process media and temperature, vacuum level and bake-out, quantity and cleanroom packaging.

For vacuum chambers, specify the pressure range and bake-out temperature; outgassing data is requested for the exact compound and is not assumed here.

Typical applications

These are AS568-standard O-rings sourced from established manufacturers (e.g. Parker, Trelleborg, and Chemraz / Greene Tweed for FFKM); MST is the distributor, and the exact manufacturer is confirmed in the quotation.
Compound options include the MORISEAL Morisz and Greene Tweed Chemraz 513 FFKM series already listed by MST; the grade is chosen per process. Some FFKM grades mould slightly off AS568 nominal (shrinkage), so ask for the molded dimensions when the fit is critical.
Dimensions are the nominal SAE AS568 values with their tolerances; the groove (gland) decides the cross-section, the cross-section decides the dash series.
