How to select

For a quotation, state

dash number or ID × CS, groove drawing, process media and temperature, vacuum level and bake-out, quantity and cleanroom packaging.

For vacuum chambers, specify the pressure range and bake-out temperature; outgassing data is requested for the exact compound and is not assumed here.
